The Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst who will partner with go-to-market leaders to identify high-leverage opportunities to accelerate the business and collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to drive process improvements.

This role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, is responsible for identifying opportunities to accelerate business growth, supporting the migration from HubSpot to Salesforce CRM, and driving essential reporting needs while ensuring data quality and completeness. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and passionate about solving complex problems with creative solutions.

The Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships leaders to understand business objectives and identify revenue-accelerating opportunities.
  • Develop and analyze data insights, providing clear, strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth.
  • Lead key business rhythms such as quarterly business reviews and weekly GTM meetings by preparing and distributing essential insights on pipeline, forecasting, performance metrics, and campaign impact.
  • Monitor and maintain lead routing logic and assignment accuracy, collaborating with Sales to ensure fair distribution and recommending optimizations.
  • Provide ongoing support for sales tool management by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing tools to enhance sales team efficiency, troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate contact and company information, removing spam, and performing regular data cleansing and bulk uploads to keep prospect, customer, and lead records up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with Operations peers to design and implement revenue-enhancing changes, demonstrating cross-functional teamwork and a customer-first mindset.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures across teams to align with Salesforce processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all functions.
  • Optimize and refine user workflows within the sales tech stack to enhance team efficiency.

The Requirements

  • 3+ years professional experience in sales operations and enablement, sales development, finance, or a related function.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred (Statistics, Math, Business Administration, Finance, Economics)
  • Experience using Salesforce to construct reports and comfortable leveraging excel/ GSheets to analyze data. Prior experience with other sales tools such as Marketo, Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, etc. is a bonus.
  • Crisp communication skills and confidence simplifying complex concepts into easy to understand narratives.
  • Analytical and results-oriented individual with a bias for action.

Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range (or have the minimum apply to them), but rather, the exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

Targeted salary range: $56,467—$95,496 USD
