The Global Operations team at Feedonomics

The Global Operations team at Feedonomics is an incredible group of Feedos who work to ensure our clients have THE best possible experience at Feedonomics. The support side of the team handles both inbound reactive customer support and outbound proactive client success with a focus on quality. Our Global Operations for Marketplaces team is an outstanding team supporting clients listing their products on top shopping destinations like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Target Plus!  Just listing on these shopping destinations doesn’t translate to immediate success and it is our Marketplace Operations team who is there to support each client along their marketplace journey. Our stellar global operations team and support specialists are available 24/7, enabling Feedonomics to create a full-service feed management experience for advertisers.

The Role

The Marketplace Enterprise Feed Manager is responsible for the overall project and technical management of Feedonomics’s Enterprise-Level Marketplace clients. This includes oversight during onboarding implementation, post-onboarding account health, and continuous growth. This position is within the Marketplace Operations department and has support from a supervisor and management staff.

The Responsibilities

  • Routinely review live product and order integrations to ensure high-quality performance, resolve platform issues & marketplace errors, identify opportunities for optimization or other improvements to feeds
  • Stay up to date on changes to Marketplace processes/policies and Feedonomics platform releases and leverage new tools & features to better serve clients
  • Oversee communication and work done during onboarding and post-live stages and delegate work to appropriate teams
  • Ensure feeds are set up & scheduled as discussed with the client. Document any essential changes to feed rules or export conditions.
  • Ensure Orders are setup as expected and resolve any configuration or fulfillment-related issues that may arise
  • Engage Client Engagement Managers as needed to resolve and prevent potential issues, identify upsell opportunities, and address out of scope requests
  • Maintain monthly/recurring calls with clients to review account status, discuss upcoming projects, and identify any changes needed to resolve issues or improve feeds
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of any client escalations and provide weekly updates on the status of accounts, special projects, and other ad hoc assignments while keeping internal account notes up to date
  • Adhere to Feedonomics procedures and best practices through managing internal documentation, updating account notes and following process documents

The Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with marketplace account management, focusing on managing product feeds and data
  • Hands-on experience with top US Marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. International Marketplaces are a plus. 
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience
